Principals:
Alan Raymond, CEO
- Alan Raymond brings management business, financial and technical experience to Modern Home Renovation. Alan is the former President and CEO of Shell Energy Services Company, a retail marketing start-up enterprise of Shell Oil Company focused on servicing residential and domains in the U.S. as they opened to competition. He retired at the end of 2001 following a 35 year Shell career that included technical assignments, and business management and leadership responsibilities in several oil and chemical products businesses, and in retail marketing. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
Mike Wimberly, President
- Michael Wimberly has extensive experience in the residential and multifamily constrution industries. With a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, Michael has initiated, operated, and sold a residential construction company in College station, TX. He has most recently left American Mold Guard (NASDAQ: AMGI) as a Regional V.P., and Dir of Sales for some of the largest national residential and multifamily buliders in the U.S. Michael was an early promoter of the AMGI technology and played an intergral role in driving sales and revenues that ultimately helped lead to the IPO and sucess of AMGI. Michael brings business start-up, development, and sales expertise to Modern Home Renovation, and has been the driving force in the operational aspects of the business thus far.
